CANADA - Shipping costs range from $5 - $20 CAD depending on weight of products ordered, calculated at checkout. We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $200 to Canada with the discount code SHIP2CAN.

UNITED STATES - Shipping costs range from $7 - $22 CAD depending on weight of products ordered, calculated at checkout. We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $200 the United States with the discount code SHIP2US.

INTERNATIONAL - Shipping costs range from $20 - $30 CAD depending on weight of products ordered, calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped out weekly. Please expect 1-3 weeks for item to arrive, depending on your location. Get in touch (isla@shopheavyflow.com) if you wish to receive your package with a faster shipping option - added payment will be at purchasers expense.
