We want you to love what you’re wearing! In case you don’t, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase on Small Batch items. Any exchange requests placed after this period may be rejected. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unwashed and unworn).

A refund will be considered in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged (apart from fabric imperfections noted on listings). If a refund is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping. 

Heavy Flow’s exchange/return policy does NOT cover: 

• Ordinary wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper use 

• If product care instructions are not followed
